Well ending as far i remember is very true to the book, even if they cut and altered a lot of stuff. I get that people are unhappy but welp :P Also as far i remember, we have some kind of epilogue later, when TTJ is back. But yeah, censorship, book is long, we have a lot of characters, episodes regulations and so on, so i think still cast, and whole staff, did the best what the could with the title. I belive they cut A LOT, and it's sometimes hard, to tie all the knots in the story, which is so complex and we are left with a lot of questions. But i still enjoyed it, both book and the drama, and for sure i will back to it someday.
Why not just add 24 episodes, the standard short series length. Instead of editing multiple times?
Because it's not network drama, but mobile/app one. With those and also the Tik Tok/Douyin one, you never know, when they will end, or if it will be not dropped abruptly, which sometimes happens. For them 24 is not standard, they tends to end with 26, 27, or other weird no, or very below even 15, like 12 or 13. So giving it standard no will only confuse people, and give them hope for more/less eps. So if the no isn't annouced we add to the last aired ep, which for sure is there.
But i think this one https://kisskh.at/24203-our-glamorous-times was most hyped? And FL - i think she's most known from Ode to Joy franchise, i din't watched much titles from her, but she's decent actress. So i would be more worry about story if it will be good :P rather than acting itself, because sometimes even the best actors, can't save, the doomed from the beginning script :P
