I am so mad that I loved this drama and really really hated it, too. Where. Is. Season. 2. Tell me.

Gotta say Shawn Duo and Zhao Li Ying in the first arc of this show are just perfection. Their romance had me crying. I am super unsatisfied but still glad I watched.

PS I'd recommend "dating in the kitchen" if you watch to see her do well in a modern drama. Or "romance of tiger and rose" if you want to watch a fantasy drama. but thats only if you want to give her a shot.

lemme just say I thought Zhao Rosy was annoying the first few episodes I saw her in (a different drama), but really she's grown on me and is one of my favorite Chinese actresses. ALSO, unlike a lot of chinese actors/actresses her voice is actually used most of the time rather than dubbers. it makes the whole drama experience better in my opinion. but yeah, youre totally entitled to dislike her ahaha fuck the other guys XD

The first lakorn that comes to mind when I think about great kisses is Jao Sao Jum Yorm. Its hot and steamy from the get-go.
Marrasoom Sawaat, Wong Wien Hua Jai, and Kao Waan Hai Noo Pen Sai Lub are a few others that come to mind for having lots of romance/kisses. I've found 99% of the lakorns I've watched on dramacool or dailymotion so they should be there.

Push (ML) is honestly sexy af in my opinion and he plays the possessive lover role so well. IDK if you watch a lot of lakorns but the romance is pretty hit-or-miss. You have to follow the good actors to get the good romance - and Push is a great actor. But another thing about thai shows is they often have fake kisses instead of real ones :( so none of that 30 second-slow-motion 360-degree-camera-angles-everywhere kiss shot from other asian dramas lol. so if you're looking for that romance it wont be here.

lots of kisses but i skipped through most of the scenes without both the ML/FL or the grandma in them. grandma was awesome.

a side character gets pregnant and her baby daddy beats her and yeah, she has a miscarriage sooooooo i feel like that should be mentioned.

FL was a great actress
ML was pretty good too
age gap is big but didnt feel that way
in the end she decides not to be w him (dont be fooled by other comments the end scene is a flashback from 8 years prior when they first reconnected).
overall was actually pretty good
also some affectionate moments and only one attempted sexual assault

Honestly not your typical slap/kiss lakorn. You don't have to suspend too much reality to understand why the ML and FL love and misunderstand each other.
First like 7 episodes are super draggy - but there is this little foreshadow clip that plays at the beginning of the each episode that made me want to keep watching to know what happens lol.
Not the worst watch. Jasmin Lakorns subbed it and has it available to download or watch in google drive.

Honestly can't finish because Anne Thongprasom looks like shes in her 40s (when she's really like 30 at the time) and her acting so immature makes my brain hurt. IDK if it's the makeup or clothes but it was off putting.

why is the poster bee themed? I didnt see or hear mention of a single bee during the whole drama. is it like a reference to a honey-pot or something?

my understanding: lots of older thai lakorns have 'fake kisses' because kissing is taboo in thailand and wasnt allowed (by the cultural ministry) in film/tv. Additionally, because of societal norms a lot of actors refused to film kissing scenes (same things happen in china/korea). So on MDL there is the 'fake kisses' and 'real kisses' tags (also 'steamy kisses' i think lol). There are some weird censorship rules in Thailand that changed over the last two decades, but it's all pretty confusing to me. I think most of the dramas from like 2017-present would have real kisses.
