When you tell someone to kill themselves as a joke, there’s a very real chance they’ll seriously consider your advice. It doesn’t take much to set someone off who’s already at risk, it's all fun and games until a point. It's not only cruel and inhumane but it's a criminal offence that you my (good)Rick could face.
