Based on the atmosphere, the scene was set in a romantic tone -- music, lights, etc. It didn't look brutal or wrong, it looked like something you are supposed to enjoy and I guess that bothered them because they wanted it to be portrayed in a dark way? However -- opinions differ and I think it's a gray area, I don't necessarily see it as SA after I analyzed it quite well but the next episode will tell if Porsche feels violated or not
