Sigh. Look fam, was consent dubious at best? You bet ya. Was that entirely expected from this genre? Yep. I mean…
I'm honestly not trying to debate over it, I'm more focused on the silencing attempt that's been going around, it takes away freedom of speech and labels us as r@pe apologists
Do not have sex with someone under the influence of drugs or high alcohol.Don't do it because that's considered…
I don't know what the point in saying this revolves around considering we are all aware what a frightful crime that is, just because we chose to leave our moral aside while watching this doesn't mean we can't make the difference between reality and fiction
I'm lazy to write this again -- like I said before in my opinion this is a gray situation and no one is wrong…
Oh SWEETIE, I don't need a lecture on what consent means I'm fully aware of it because I have my experiences in that field however as much as you would like for your little attack to work, nobody in here really cares for your judgement considering you are using queer to invalidate everyone's thoughts π but do keep going this is giving me more comments and I am going for 31k tonight so thank you for your contributions we all KP fans appreciate it πββ¬
Incheresting ...so that means TharnType enjoyers should also not be judged?
Absolutely. No judgement should be made towards the audience, the show itself is problematic from my perspective but it is still a work of fiction and even though it romanticized many controversies, the viewers are not at fault of that and anybody is entitled to love or hate it.
HOPEFULLY this is the last time I'm gone have to carry this conversation.
The directors and writers did the best that they could with that scene because it was bound to happen, that's the damn scenario the author wrote it in and they had to be faithful to the plot especially when daemi is involved in this project. You can at least fucking appreciate the clean up they made because if they would have followed the novel, hell would be lose amongst these pearled babies who like to watch controversial show's and then whine about getting triggered despite ignoring every single warning.
That was as good as that scene was going to get and I give a round of applause to the crew, Mile and Apo for doing their best with what they were given AND YES IT WAS SUPER FUCKING HOT π
Now please don't misunderstand me, difference of opinion makes the world go round and I appreciate each one of them. The thing to understand though, is don't label THE AUDIENCE problematic just because you don't share their view on this, god damn it I don't know how many times I can repeat myself, I don't want MDL to become as toxic as every other platform because I think this place is a safe spot for the majority of us, there are great NON JUDGEMENTAL people in here who disagree but I rarely see a fight between them and I have civilized conversations with so many other's who have entirely different opinions and I'm so happy to do that but when I see them bitches coming in here and straight up attacking us I literally wanna crawl through the screen and see if they would be able to carry their arguments on how toxic we are if we are face to face because oh my Lord how easy it is to be an asshole behind your computer
I'm lazy to write this again -- like I said before in my opinion this is a gray situation and no one is wrong…
Oh, sweetie. I'm not saying bye because my point is dispoven, I can argue about this all day and night if you want I have enough time on my hand's but unlike you I actually respect people's opinions and I'm not trying to make anybody change their minds or inflict my thoughts upon them, in the contrary I encourage them to interpret it as they wish and form their own perspective on the scene without getting influenced by other people's words, the reason I replied to your comment wasn't because I was trying to make you see it as consensual, I think you are entitled to see it as disturbing as your brain allows you to but you attacking the audience is what this is all about, obviously you are too narrowed minded to make a difference between reality and fiction since you label people as r@pe apologists when you don't know a single thing about them. π
I'm lazy to write this again -- like I said before in my opinion this is a gray situation and no one is wrong…
I think itβs important to look at prior events for example we are shown Porsche reacting very differently when Vegas tries to force himself upon him. He fights back despite his arousal. No matter what the drug was itβs clear that Porsche retains enough capacity to say no.
The awareness is also shown when he acknowledges their kiss while Kinn clearly restrains himself despite Porscheβs advances. He was actually holding himself back until he found out he remembers the shared moment on the pier as if that was some kind of established attraction.
He wanted to help him, make him feel safe and cared for because he was disoriented.
Dont tell me what I can't and can do love, I'm fully aware that any of these arguments are absolutely invalid in real life and I wouldn't even consider making them because I know what r@pe means but in this fictional world I'll leave my morals aside and see it however I want it and nor you or anybody else are entitled to judge it, once again goodbye π
I'm lazy to write this again -- like I said before in my opinion this is a gray situation and no one is wrong…
The audience is interpreting it in different ways than you and YOU have absolutely no right to silence anybody, no one in here condones r@pe, they are letting their imagination go in other perspectives but I'm 100% sure no person will do this in real life so as long as they are self conscious about it, I don't see what your problem is nor do I care to know, so sorry but your little attack on the audience served nothing, wasted your time bby π
Why the sudden attack on cishets? I am really curious if you know the gender of the people you are bashing π€πβ
Assuming anyone's gender based on their opinion is reinforcing outdated insular ideas but obviously our "ky lol " here isn't bothered by that, they are too busy attacking the audience rather than acknowledging the stereotypes they just inflicted by calling us all girl's as if BL is reserved for them only π

I would absolutely agree if this wasn't a 18+ show, obviously it is set to target an adult audience who can make the difference between reality and fiction -- because as I said, I would never in a million years try to debate an assault if this would have involved an actual human being with this being said, the show doesn't own you anything, it's not here to educate you or present a healthy view on everything nor promote a moral expectation because grown people already know that this is unacceptable in real life and won't try to condone it in a gray area. You are not entitled to attack the audience whatever their opinion might be π₯±
Someone take the Twitter people back where they came from, we don't need the negativity here π criticism over the show is welcomed but criticism against the audience is not
I'm lazy to write this again -- like I said before in my opinion this is a gray situation and no one is wrong…
Obviously you are having some trouble reading, I understand why people think Vegas is disgusting by all means they are entitled to dislike him, I was referring to the one's like you who chose to bash the audience who enjoy Vegas's character instead of keeping it strict to the series. There is a difference between judging a show and attacking the one's who watch it, maybe go back and inform yourself better on what I was actually commenting about since you are so pressed about it, there are actually a lot of debates that can be made when it comes to the scene itself which of course would never be acceptable in real life but then again this is a work of πββ¬fiction πββ¬ my love
- tw for sexual assault - can cishets please stfu with the fetishization ? i'm so tired lmao. i understand the…
I'm lazy to write this again -- like I said before in my opinion this is a gray situation and no one is wrong in how they feel.
I would never make any arguments if this was a real life person but it is a drama and it allows me to create my own perspective on their life without needing to be judged by people like you.
As I stated many times below, they showed more consent in this show than any other BLs Iβve seen where the other person literally screams "no"
I completely understand why the scene can make people feel uncomfortable but it was to be expected considering the genre. There is no healthy representation here. Its all about fucked up dynamics.
Everyone is valid to their thoughts but so am I, so I don't need anyone to tell me I'm into SA just because I see it differently than them, let people be. I'm not trying to change anyone's mind, if they interpret it as SA then I fully understand but that doesn't mean I have to see it in the same light they do, I'm allowed to create my own view, you are the one who should go sip a tea instead of purposely bashing the audience, you are free to criticise the series as you wish, you are entitled to be grossed out by the scene but you are not in the right to push your opinions onto the people that watch it. The world has different eyes sweet heart, stop trying to inflict your view on everyone, it's a waste of time because at the end of the day no one will be able to change your mind nor the other way around, we are all free to interpret this show as we wish and we will not be criticized by you, bye bye
