The untamed will remain special in my heart, to me it was a BL despite the censorship I didn't need to see any physical contact to feel their love, it was recognizable through the stares and the acts but of course I can understand why it's hard to watch, I was literally screaming " KISS ALREADY " to the screen and it was a shame I never got to see it happening, I would normally not watch these type of show's either, the only one I'm gone give it a go for is immortality since it's so anticipated and the novel had me on hook hahah.
My first BL was until we meet again, if you haven't watched it then I strongly recommend it, it can be a good time pass while waiting for Kinn Porsche episodes to come out, it will wreck your heart and have you scream in joy at the same time.
I fully agree with you, the BL tropes have been done too many times, same things over and over again, I was getting sick of the repetitive story lines, I don't expect every show to be realistic but some of them made me wonder if I'm watching a kid's show in an alternative gay universe 🤣
The toxicity is definitely there, I have no problem with it but sometimes it is romanticized in way's I'm not interested to see, especially in the 13+ where they target such a young audience and brush SA off as a sweet moment.
Kinn Porsche in my opinion is a groundbreaking series, it introduces us to an entire new level of what a BL can look like if there is enough effort and investment put into it.

You aren't the only one, there are plenty of people disliking it but it's a matter of preference, maybe it will get better but if not then I hope you find something to watch
