The whole point of the early kiss is so that the next scene isn't SUPER non-con, this is done so that sexual attraction is already established and present on both ends and it isn't just Kinn forcing himself onto Porsche and taking advantage of him during a vulnerable state of mind, like in the book. Though that could be debated since Porsche is drugged. After all, this is a mafia show. Every single character in this show is morally gray to black and has done shitty things so with this being said, the sex scene will happen I think the screenwriters are trying to show us that kinn and Porsche are sexually attracted to one another before the whole drugging incident next episode. This is made very clear on Kinn's behalf. This is done intentionally so that the audience understands that if they choose to have sex in episode 4, despite not being able to give full consent Porsche is attracted to him.
