I don't know what happened. I was excited about Cutie Pie, as I stated down below although it has its toxic traits I was enjoying it. However the last episode left me bored and had me skip through it, it kind of bugs me because it takes away space from character development.
Honestly they could have saved this forced double date because from my perspective it was unnecessary and it brought no progress. I was really disappointed when Lian and Yi showed up there, Diao rushed to Kuea because he was obviously worried for his best friend but Kuea absolutely disrespects Diao's feelings in this episode.
They were such a great team and I feel like it's ruined now smh, like kuea sweetheart think a little before you act. Let Diao come to his own terms instead of forcing a date upon him??
Also I'm getting tired of this sugary music that displays every time the main couple interacts. This sweet talk at any time of the day or night, no matter in which situation are also getting irritating maybe it's because I'm not used to so much fluff
And can we please talk about the fact, that Lian loved Kuea when he was a baby? I felt a little weird. I love the age difference between them but to hear lian say he was in love with kuea when he could barely walk by himself seemed odd, no judgement though it just felt out of place that's all.
I really like CP and I wish for a good development of the story, but the last episode was just not it.
And what about the third couple? They are not going anywhere. We're on episode nine now what exactly is supposed to happen between these two?
With this being said, I think I'll drop it. I honestly liked the chaotic dynamic between them and the full toxic package but the last few episodes got me too bored, maybe I'll change my mind but we will see
For those who have read the novel, what is going to happen, - if I may ask?
In the next episode if they follow the novel then Porsche will get drugged by Vegas and his men will try to r@pe him however kinn saves him but ends up sexual abusing him instead
