I haven't watched it yet so I can't say for sure, no one probably can until later eps but I hope it is, however that doesn't change the fact that they could have kept the BL storyline. Korea has been handling BL content, with many successful BL shows already. They had an opportunity to stay true to the original content, unlike china. But regardless we have different opinions on this, I dont have a problem with anyone enjoying this as it is, I might enjoy it too if the bromance is strong enough but my opinion stands, they could have done better and stayed true to the story

I used the wrong word for it, there is no FL indeed but there are female support characters so while they may not make it a main story they can add brief romances between a ML and a women to avoid any speculation
