I personally haven't seen any invalid accusations, the only time I and other's used the word homophobic was when someone said that BL's should be fluffy and not violent as if they tried to put the entire LGBTQ community in a pink box, same goes for racism when people started to call mile's english disgusting. I am fully open to any opinion's, negative or positive I'm all for it and I think the majority of people are too. I didn't see any attacks made on criticism but maybe I haven't paid enough attention? Either ways, I think the controversy was expected considering how dark this show is, many will have a problem with it and try to bash it for no reason, you are right everyone is entitled to their own perspective as long as it's respectfully said and by that I mean " I hate this show because it's gay " I don't consider that valid criticism.

dramacool is an illegal site, yes you can watch the uncensored version there if its your only option but the cut version on IQIYI is free, so maybe if you are up for it and want to support the series, watch the 45 min version on IQIYI for free to give it more views and watch the one hour version on dramacool
