Its common sense. If you think that the way you look determinates how strong you are then I suggest you go and think about it some more. I witnessed a 6'3 tall , muscular guy getting his ass kicked by a short, seemingly skinny man because skills don't come with appearance, training on how to fight ( including martial arts ) plays a much higher role into this than building muscles. Knowing where to hit and how to control your body is far way more important than your abs thx x
