Well they still gave quite a few romantic hints here and there (the CEO even admitted he liked her), so it's justified for the people that shipped them to be a bit disappointed lol. There's a ton of dramas that aren't necessarily romance dramas and they still have a small romance plot.

It's been 2 years now and it still breaks my heart that Man Wol didn't end up with Go Chung Myung 😥 i know what he did was bad but he did it because he loved her SO much and he never really got to explain himself. The fact that he was by her side watching over her for 1,300 years and in the end he didn't not even get a hug from her 💔 don't get me wrong, the ML was great, I really liked him. But Go Chung Myung deserved better and I will never ever get over that 😭
