I don't like medical dramas so I don't like the medical stuff in the drama. It's boring for me. But I keep watch it because of Lee Yeongho's story and the love story. This drama is unique, it has a deep meaning and it makes me cry every second I don't know why it's just so sad

I swear if he dies at the end this drama is crap. I don't like bad endings.

I don't really get the low ratings. For me this is way better than the first season. JB is soo cute in this drama. I enjoyed it a lot.
