She ends up stabbing Makoto in rage and remembers that she was actually the one who killed her Kurosaki in a flashback, she had amnesia. Jinji and her have a heartfelt talk and jinji kills himself telling her to have children and give birth to him.

Yeah theres no love triangles thankfully, and the secondary leads have their own moments, but the secondary couples dont have as much chemistry. Shen Jin and Chu Xiaoming are really the stars of the show

I have to be honest the acting was probably some of the worst I've ever seen in a kdrama lol. You can tell the majority of them are complete rookies. But the the plot is fairly lighthearted so it doesn't take too much away from it, just the occasional cringe or awkward scenes. The actor playing Jinhyuk was the only person I'd consider good lmao. But the actresses playing Nari and Yuna show potential so I hope they're able to grow.
If you can overlook the inexperienced cast then I would recommend this drama.
