I was wondering why their relationship appeared boring at first then I realised, they're INTROVERTS! I think I was hung up on the lack of obvious passion and playfulness, BUT there is a quite calm to them, a level of seriousness and just deep affection. I enjoyed this series, the pacing, the musicality. Amazing.

Depends what you mean by 'ruin'. Many book readers were expecting r@pe scences and we didnt get any and for me that is a PLUS. But also BoC is really good at what they do. I feel they care enough about what they do to do it well.
