I got introduced to the term HYUNG while watching kdramas and it wasnt until I watched "you make me dance" that I fully understood that you could call someone hyung while he's massaging your tonsils. I am now understanding the term HIA to be the same, because Kuea is calling hia everywhere in the streets but he's wishing for same hia to eat his face. So it doesn't strictly mean brother.
I don't understand how things work in the medical profession. So Tawan is a resident, does this mean he's already qualified as a doctor? I realise he's not working under supervision like Yoon's character...help?
Who can tell me what Hia means? I thought it was a swear word.
I think of it as like HYUNG because you could call someone hyung even when you're romantically invoived with them...so interesting, but brother not so much unless ...
EP 6 didnt advance us at all anywhere closer to solving this mystery. I am losing patience, but best believe I'll be here again next week, watching like an idiot because what can I do?!? Urgh!!
