...we can begin to enjoy this series as soon as we understand that it is more character driven more than it is plot driven. when you pay attention to the characters, instead of the plot, a lot of details begin to emerge and it is beautiful to watch...gorgeous people to boot, please man. yes!
Just finished EP15 and I have to say I was not feeling the chemistry between the two leads. Something was just not connecting for me. I found myself rooting for the second leads couple more and I must confess I lasted this long because of them. I don't know if I want to see the last episode now that the second leads are okay.
Jang Ki Yong should try action films or even psychological thrillers. He should try has hand at a bad guy and see how super successful he will be.
...you kinda need to be foolish or naive to fully immerse yourself like that boy did, ey? Perhaps I am just jaded. Found myself in disbelief a few times. A good drama nonetheless.
I thought he was very clear about it. He alludes a few times to being bi-ish. He said he got married on a whim…
puh-h! I missed that completely! thank you for taking the time to respond. perhaps I should rewatch with your comment in mind, might colour this differently.
...this series has been on my recommended list for a while, but I didn't really consider it until SNOWDROP controversy and one commenter online asked, how come this was series was not as criticized as much as Snowdrop and I thought perhaps best to watch and I have no regrets! Its a beautiful story told really well and it revealed somethings about both North and South Korea that I as a foreigner didn't have the capacity to imagine.
I am looking forward to Jung Hae In's baby face and dreamy eyes in Snowdrop!!
So stressed we're left with 2 weeks only on this massive gem. I want to cry tears.
