Still, I think he loved Jisook in a "she's my noona" kind of way, like a sibling. And in Soomin he saw himself from before, problem-causing youngster that he was... In a way, Soomin seemed to me as someone who caused trouble for Shihyun and ppl around him :-/

Oh my, oh my! I didn't stick to that last scene, when they started repeating scenes from past episodes I thought that was it! I had to play the last minutes now, and yes, I saw it...hm. That's why ppl were talking about the sequel then.

That scene where Jisook comforted him, you're so right, it was touching, poor Shihyun... he cried like a little boy :-/ I didn't really think a lot if he really loved Soomin... Their love relationship wasn't that important to me here (apart from seeing some good kisses in a k-drama OMG!! xD). She was definitely in love with him. And yes, he wanted to protect her, but now that I think about it, I'm not really sure if he loved her, either.

I don't usually watch Happy together but this episode seems like a lot of fun!!

Cruel city is such a great drama, it just pulls you in, I couldn't stop watching, ahh... xD In a way, it's easier watching a drama that finished airing, but it's difficult to stop watching sometimes!
OMG, that scene was heartbreaking!! I cried with Shihyun ;_; I'm glad Soo stayed loyal to him till the end, although I expected that from him <3 E
versince King2hearts and City hunter where my BELOVED second leads died I had to kinda be prepared for it when watching this kind of drama :-/
I find the ending quite realistic, Shihyun went too deep into that dangerous world, and he had to pay that price with his life. (I must say I cursed at that Min Hongki ajussi, what a psycho!!). And Nam Gyuri didn't irritate me much. Ji Hyungmin, oh wow, what a man ;) ;) Jisook was cool! Even Deokbae, I was sad for him, as well, when he died ;_;

Yeah, my first try to make kimchi was a flop, I followed the recipe and it said to leave it in the refrigerator for a day or so. Although that was a bit strange - how will it ferment in the cold...? And so... it didn't. Ooops. But that was quite some time ago... I tasted it yesterday to check, and it still needs some time. The recipe says 1-5 days in room temperature. Haha, it's a bit weird writing about kimchi here xD I'm gonna share the recipe if it turns out good, you must make some, too ;)

Good doctor is great, I'm sure Joowon will get an award for this role, too! He's such a great actor!! Oh, Cruel city is just as I imagined it'd be! Both interesting and exciting! But I'm a bit confused about one thing-from the beginning of the show I was convinced Baksa adeul was an undercover cop! I'm not sure if that was in the synopsis somewhere...but we learn about that in e04 (hence the spoiler xD) did you know this too before watching the show?
Heh, I tried some of the kimchi after making it, but it's not fermented yet so we'll have to wait until tomorrow, at least. ;) I'll let you know :D

Oh really, you didn't really like Reply1997? Waeee, waeeee? ^_^ the first 2-3 eps were not the best (too much fangirling IMO) but the next eps were awesome! Oooh you have KBS World on tv! I've only found an app with KBSWorld live but it lags a bit for me, so I watched the drama on their YT. There is a program for learning korean there - pit a pat korean, did you watch it?

Such a sweet drama, with a bit of a Reply1997 feel to it! Love the cast!!
