I’m gonna guess Detective Ji died instead of Detective Park in all other timelines and Lee Shin saved JHJ (and…
This would make the most sense! I just went back and rewatched that scene and that' s what the subtitle showed. That would be interesting if that is true
How does it explain perfectly how everyone died in the other timeline?
I see what you mean about him dying and so none of the reset people died now. Thanks for the explanation. I think I was confused because I interpreted wrongly and thought that Lee Shin had observed them for more than 1 year (since she said that she has been resetting for a while now) and so they reset on January 11, 2020, and were all alive then.
I just assumed that all the events that happened in the previous timeline had all happened before when Lee Shin reset alone and that the ex-con killed Sun Ho and so there was another culprit for the deaths. So, that means that something happened to change the events because if they had all died as she said, then what triggered Sun Ho's death to happen in the previous timeline and spare them? Her saving them and thus removing them from harm's way?
Ahh! another confusing detail that might have just been cos of Lee Shin's lies(?), she said that they were all dead people and so I kinda assumed that she had heard about their deaths sometime later in 2020( since they were all alive on January 11, 2020)
so everyone lived before the reset because that policeman was died, and then our lovely HJ do the reset and save…
I am confused about this because Lee Shin made it sound as if they had all died sometime after 2019. So, if that's the case then how is his hyung the serial killer before reset?
2nd episode was much better than the 1st. As some people have pointed out, there are some random scenes with seemingly no purpose mixed in, which is weird(maybe they will make sense later on). Also, is it just me but are some of Lee Gon's lines just hella cringy? Like second-hand embarrassment inducing. They haven't also given us a reason why he has decided to stay in the other world for longer(Tae Eul isn't a convincing answer since I thought he was more responsible than that. Oh well). Lastly, I wish there were more Woo Do Hwan scenes!
