2ML probably thought he can get FL any time he wants.
Since the FL never set boundaries, the uncle was under the impression that she disliked her husband and wanted to get away.

Sorry but the FL is written so bad.
Can't really respect someone who is married and does the things she did with the other guy. It was borderline cheating.

Another drama with a trashy FL.

Why do Cdrama's think the only way to project a FL is by throwing men after men after her?! Does FL become weak or less appealing without her having weird interactions with these numerous men?

It only makes the FL looks trashy, weak and stupid.

As expected the dynamic between DD and YS has changed.

YS is a poor choice as a mother to DD but the fact YS stuck it out with DD is not lost on her.
Good or bad, the one that is willing to see things through and be with you is always a better choice than the one that abandons you.
Glad to see DD and YS talking things out.

Anna is back into pity mode. She is a complex one.
She made extremely poor choices that hurt people tremendously.
Park should just tell DD the truth about Anna and let the dominos fall. He can't always protest DD.

Just because Anna is a sympathetic character does not mean we should turn YS and Park into bad ones.
All of them made mistakes and bad choices. unfortunately the choices and mistakes of Anna had the biggest negative impact on people.
People are not black or white. Most fall into grey territory. All three of them are in that territory.

Making YS into some money hungry monster is not the right perspective. Not everyone marries for love. Not everyone has a relationship because the one they are with are their ideal or first choice. There is a compromise and that compromise in YS and Park's relationship is 'need'.
They needed each other. If YS was a leech, it is between her and her husband, As long as he is ok with it, she can leech off him as and how she wants.

Lots of progress on YG and DD front.
Finally the heart KO's the brain and YS is back to DD.

the FL's dad and ML's mom should marry.
This twisted drama is living up to it's name thus far.

It was pre YS.

Without the mom, Park had no way to register DD as his family or something similar. That means he could not avail any facilities or had any rights as a father towards DD.
Not a pretty situation to be in.

This was a damn good episode.

Finally DD knows the terrible thing her mom did.
As expected, she was heart broken and does not want to see her anymore.

The direct comparison DD makes vis a vis the three kids she cares for and her mother is telling.
At this point it's absolutely clear to her and even to YS where her happiness lies & it's with those kids and YS.
For her being rich or making it big in a career is not something that makes her happy.
In fact even before YG and the kids, she was happy being a teacher. It's a very humble profession where life rewards exceeds the more obvious monetary rewards.
She is in love with those kids and YS and she knows it.

Anna's redemption ark just got a bit tougher.

Park's family will have a new dynamic going ahead.
YS has been softening for the last few episodes & the grand ma has been a kind old voice of wisdom holding all of it together. DD will definitely look at her step-mom in new light. I would not be surprised if DD and YS dynamic changes going ahead.

YG is still confused as hell. His mind is telling him something but his heart is absolutely not listening to him.
Whether his memories come back or not, he is well on his way to surrendering to DD for the third time.

Last few episodes were really good.

Took me back to Ever Night.

ML shined when the drama was political but during fights he looked bit awkward.
Could not help compare to Ever Night or Fight breaks sphere and how ML's in those dramas looked the part while doing the fights.

The ML finds out that the FL is his brother's ex.
He then proceeds to shag her without telling her who he is.

Not really sure what else one can expect from such a trashy premise.

Reminds of Hunter Biden having a go at his sister-in-law after the death of his brother.

romance Cdramas from China mostly are a disappointment.
Even if the story line is ok, the characters tend to be a disappointment.

For starters the ML projected by most of Cdramas irrespective of genre tend to be fake. There is no way anyone can look at ML and relate to that character.
if the drama is Action or Wuxia, this can be overlooked but in romance the fakeness of ML becomes so obvious.

And it's the same type of ML in all Cdramas, a perfect god like person.
Also, the same type of FL in Cdramas. naive, stupid and at times irritating

Sorry, China should just stop making romance dramas and stick to action, fantasy, Wuxia etc.
These dramas are an insult to viewers intelligence.

Most Cdrama ML's come across as fake.
These drama's try to project ML in such unrealistic & perfect way that they smell all wrong and do not pass basic eye test.

No men like these ML exist in real life, not even remotely & I am not talking about the super powers.

because the Cdrama ML's come across as huge fakes, it makes the FL that much worse because they tend to be portrayed bit more realistically.

To be honest, lot of people made light of the trauma Park went through.

For him to reach a stage where he considered ending it all means the trauma was deep.
Add to how Anna then lied and tried a lot to take DD away to US.

Well, the guy lost it.
The first time was a slap and warning to stay away but Anna threatened to come to his place of work and what happened after that reflects what the writers want to convey Park's hatred for his ex and the trauma he went through as well as his fears.

Don't really how people would react if a person who dumps you after birth of child, comes back after 27 years and tries crap to take the child away.
pissed off for sure, violence, a real possibility.

First episode was typical Cdrama trash.
Next few episodes were very good and fun.

Then it got really boring with the story going nowhere.

The guy who cheated on her comes back for her?

She is loyal to her own ambition. Does not give a FlyingF about her husband.

If she had a loyal bone in her body, she would still be with her boyfriend she loved.

Both husband and wife are trash in their own way.

This is hilarious.
The FL is cute and stupid and she knows it.

For Anna the chickens are coming home to roost pretty fast.

She had a great chance to do things differently but due to her guilt and fear, she went about the whole thing in a spectacularly wrong fashion.

Looks like DD will find out the truth as well and Anna will have no where to hide.

Her redemption arc is looking pretty tough at this point. Hope writers have a way out for her since she does deserve one.

DD taking out her frustration on YS back was hilarious.
Their interactions seem to indicate DD is no mood to back out & YS is one confused person at this point.

He felt threatened by her and assaulted her.

If anything, it was Anna who was abusing him by her controlling, coercive and threatening behavior. He was mentally traumatized to the point where he believed this woman would steal his daughter away from him.
FYI - abuse is not always physical and what Anna did to park was most definitely abuse.

Park retaliated and assaulted her.

To be blind to the abuse Anna subjected Park to is to close our eyes on the horrible things she did and continues to do to Park.
It was pretty apparent that she wanted to take DD away and when Park realized that he lost it.

Remember folks, abuse is NOT always physical. It can be mental abuse as well.
Just because Park is a man and must just bear it because of his gender is being unfair to what he went through.

They are not in a relationship, so, it's not abuse. More over abuse tends to be recurring.

The correct term to what Park did to Anna would be assault.

Even a slap is not acceptable.
but this drama & it probably was the most effective way to show how he lost it.

That violence was way out of line.

It shows how traumatized Park was 27 years back.
That he was willing to end it all should have been an indication of that.

Today's violence was not about what happened long ago.
It is about how Anna manipulated to take him away from his family.
Park just lost it.
