It's sort of flattery, 'look how hot the FL is' or 'ML can't resist the FL's sexual appeal'.

It's an unused trope in Kdramas where the ML sees FL bosom or some other curvy part and gets sexually aroused.
Not sure why Kdramas only explore sexual arousal of the FL's and never the ML's.
