I dont think its the entirely the case of something else cuz see in the ep when ME ask SR whether she stills love her ex fiancee she says yes but after that in latter episodes they revealed she said its half true half not ....she is only grateful for the things he did for her so i think there is more to that story of cheating. He didn't entirely cheat.. they just mislead us
