That was so moving when Anxin credited her Mom on live broadcast as the one who took her out of darkness. That mad me cry. I hope Mom comes back home!
I hate how both the guys are so discouraging to Anxin's desire to dance on stage. She needs something to aim for in her life and she loves dance. Not sure of each motive. Wish Lin Tian would quit putting her down!

I’m really not ready for this one to be over.
I agree! I love this and everyone of the characters! Great acting all around!

Wait, why is the rating getting lower each day? I hope the rating will be better at the end of the drama. This…
I don't understand that either. I agree the director, crew, writer deserve it.
Elaine's acting is so fantastic, she deserves an award, and the actress who plays her mother is great! I'm more interested in their story.

I thought her previous one Rising with the wind was her best role so far, but this is by far my favorite she takes…
I also agree! She was fantastic in Rising with the Wind! But She has knocked acting out of the park in this one! So real and raw! I hope she gets the recognition she so deserves!
I love her mom in this too!

The scene of Anxin's mom catching Qin feng having an extramarital affair from the construction elevator is hilarious.…
Yes that was pretty darn clever! I love her! Yes she thinks of money but she is concerned for her daughters future too

An Xin's husband is scum and messing with everyone's lives in a bad way.
An Xin is finally getting a little better and hopeful and now there are 2 issues coming her way to cause her more emotional pain.
I feel for her and her mother who seems so hurt by what she suspects about the husband but I do think she should tell her about her not being able to have a baby.
I am losing interest in the other mother and daughter story.

Oh my just finished ep 11 and 12
Her husband is pathetic! I want to throw up just watching him get sick every time that poor woman has issues with her legs. He's no support at all and is reaping in all the glory. Not sure why her mother is giving him so much praise when he's doing nothing to support her. Anxin is so sad when she hears all this and his excuses not to sleep next to her.
Kick him to the door girl
The other mother is awful,

I watch a lot of a variety of Korean and Chinese shows. More than our US shows!

I am in 10 episode of Born to Run and I am blown away buy the writing, directing and acting in this inspirational drama.
All actors are doing wonderful jobs but I am amazed at Elaine Zhong’s extraordinary acting in this .
I have just discovered her in Furthest Distance and her fantastic acting in Rising to the Wind.I loved her character Jiang Hu with heart and soul from being to end in that drama and have watched it twice
But in this heart wrenching drama that shows us the despair and realistic aftermath of her accident and loss of her legs. Elaine Zhong displays the rawness and painful effects of this both mentally and physically. Those scenes where she has phantom pain, bandage change and bathroom situation tore at my heart . Wow what acting.
I love her mother and her love for her daughter!

She is a beautiful woman but I notice she does not play roles showcasing that, but is selective in her roles by playing “real” ordinary characters.

She certainly needs recognition or awards for her acting in this captivating role!!!! She's such a great actress. I'm genuinely impressed.
I can’t wait to see more of her acting and An Xin’s journey in Born to Run
