I feel so sorry for Seok Ryu right now. I'm not even sure the popcorn set off the stomach ache.. Since she has been home her mother has yelled at her most of the time and dad somewhat too. That alone would cause stress and stomach issues! And then the ex showing up.. Hoping once is all out in the open she can heal mentally too. I loved the can expiration date thing.. pretty clever

They are starting to reveal more about Seokryu's experience in the US and now the cancer reveal! I did think the whole ex and Seunghyo in the work kitchen was a bit stupid. The nerve of the ex not leaving when ask and told to. I don't like his attitude at all. I'm sad to see what Seoryu has been going through.. that's a lot to handle. I am glad she stood up to her parents when they addressed her cooking dream. They are way to harsh on her! I'm sad she grabbed the ex's hand when they going to the hospital.. a blow to Seunghyo. Some wacky writing but I'm still in!
