Mu fav and probally top 1 of kdramas for me this year. I love this kind of drama with undertone of noir+hint of comedy and subtle romance perhaps. Nevet thought this will be thissssss good and realistic. I hate drug and at first i thought how come the director will make the character believable. Hats off to the two remarkable actong of young ae and ml they express the emotion and desperation with realistic way. Not your usual way. What happen when you were put in the corner? Even rat will attack the cat as she said. What happen when even your saving and insurance cant save you?

Im on.ep 4 and the police officer team is so underwhelming. First since they didnt do the basic for instance how the copy cat know the details maybe from the article and paper works. Thats so basic and when su yeol get that and many leads not from her mother but from her cop instinct and intellitenct the teams suspest him
And i think the team become this way not only because the female detactive but their leadef detective jung ho he is so static and uncharismatic. He didnt.add any additional infos and instruction and in many scenes he just listening and didnt contribute towards the team dynamic..even in the flash back i wonder what is his strenght and his contribution. He look stoic and left the viewer little to desire as a senior officer who is the key to this important storyline. In all his scenes either critical/in high moment or just laidback/casual scens he seems -nothing to do- his character is written very week and the actor himself cant express the character very well..so thats contribute to the underwhelm of the police teams.
Never watch a crime thriller where i cant understand and get into the team dynamic...and even the cast of su yeol as team leader contributing to this haywire as well. Even if he is talented..normally police who act.like this relate as spy/rat to the political or higher up but this is just poor writing and poor choice of actors.
Apart from that i focus more of queen of mantins and ghj acting.
