Also reopened business isn't realistic, how he use assets while for moment he doesn't have right to, lost clients not all workers may come back etc. And after all he is still owned by sima, he could at least start new company owned by him and invite others, saying he must close to re-structure. It makes few last eps meaningless. Only good change is he can earn more money, and it's not clear how much sima will now listen to Pei(said will operate independently but buildings, IP,.other assets are still Sima?). It feels like previous arrangements - not able to gain personally, makes leading such great company invalid, extra capitalist approach 😆
