damn emperor's widow can be tyrant, but great teacher character is so masterfully effective and evil I have goosebumps

haha WuYi mother basically roasted him he can't be good guy respecting women is in love with someone else or he will be lonely forever. Sad truth he have position, looks, yet noone loves him cuz he good guy

in ep10 are they blind? eagle general shot 1 arrow and Yao 3, one of his bump eagle's one, and Yao hit 2, then everyone act like they both hit and it's square

idk maybe in words, but not actions, her age probably prevent any kiss scene, therefore they shouldn't make in into romance. Similar situation was in Long ballad where they only talk about love but didn't show it, finished with fake kiss 🤣 (despite ML was 21 then)

now when I think about way of directing it reminds me of long ballad (there was no kissing too, and eagle general in north🤣)

well i don't see her as cold and calculated, but it's even more arguments toward my opinion there isn't any romantic interest

I mean you can be caring and kind to your friends (as in ep9 they state), don't see any romantic interest

I think most tags are made based on synopsis, imo it this one romance should be removed but maybe something will change until ending

I wouldn't be surprised if she won't ever love ML, like why should she? ML is portrayed as lonely men devoted to his people, that will soon die, it's normal at his position to not chase love, and his 3wifes didn't love him either

why should she ever be? by premis of story setting she loves Mao

ok so ML have 3wifes that doesn't love him, just respect him, that's sad, when he will get some love 🤣

13ep free on Viki, more on sub

I can't how immature ML behaves in 12-13ep why he can't stay with her in one apartment or even talk to her. Like her bossy attitude and hope it will crack him soon

why cover looks like hidden love are those two productions somewhat connected?

enjoying story so far, but yeah romance tag is misleading here, only secondary chargers are in love xd

7ep

btw there will be backstory of ML first wife? she seems not interested in him, and nice to FL, maybe similarly he shelters her?

I was wondering why nobody brings this drama when now everyone freaking about key to phoenix heart with 17y old FL

I'm watching on Viki, yeah maybe translation issue, thx for sharing theories hope we get more retrospections

he set fore and stay inside? go for prison for that? stay in mafia? he doesn't communicate with her for 6y so she doesn't even know? why he doesn't speak with her while she is back I'm so confused. And he say to her that have boyfriend now🤣 so he turn gay wtf
