Watching it was a waste of time. It is enough to watch the 3 minutes recall at the start of the follow up from 2017. The last is more fun and slightly better. It is a pity for the good actors, they had to play this.

I liked the 2nd episode more than I expected, but let us wait for episode 6....

I felt it so poor, it is one of the very rare cases when I had to drop it off, despite loving the language and the acting. It felt to me as 100% loss of time.

Probably the low budget ruined the good idea and acting. Unfortunately rushed off... to the point of making the actions and decisions non-reasonable.

I liked the great work of the actors and the often surprising plot. Sometimes it felt lengthy.
Definitive it is worth watching.

I do not understand the recommendations given here at this time. The part on manga in this drama is only a pretext and not the main theme.

Excellent acting by Kadowagi Mugi. The rest is somewhere between a mid and low quality. realization. Every good idea is ruined (probably) by a low budget and a seamingless incapable (or even indifferent ?!) writer or director; some parts are a shame for the rest. I can not believe that every episode of it went trough any quality control.

Overall it was not worth the time to watch it.

I thought the same... It is either a HUGE miss of the director or we are ignorant about the sauna habits in Japan. Though, I cannot imagine how a human being would support clothes for longer time at 90% temprature, 5% humidity... By the way, a good director/camera/writer could still make the scene without showing them. On a such expensive and visible production there should not be such a miss. Hence I am puzzeled;
one should ask some Japanese friends about it....

This is high quality cinematography: thought camera, theater like comedy. There is no big story or any depth, just a pleasant watch,

Excellent choice of locations, great camera work, good sound, funny sketches, very good acting.
I wish, I would be able to visit the places they show to us.
