lol I agree the directing is a little cheesy, it actually reminds me of like TVB material ca. 2007 (maybe earlier, I haven't seen enough). Lol he isn't ugly I'll give that, I liked his performance more than Hawick himself, ooh fun fact, he's actually the son of Andy Lau (very famous Hong Kong actor).

Mo Shao Qian is like evil to the core, he's like badass, he makes Domouji/Mike He/all the bad boys to name look tame in comparison, emotion is something that appears on rare occasions...and it's more near towards the end of the series. Btw you haven't complained about Ying'Er yet...i wanted to kill whoever was doing her dubbing!!! I don't think they could have picked another worse dubbing voice ever!

lol i find that common in most asian dramas, it's like the cross over period, where the writers have no clue how to smooth things over.

On the other hand, I hope Roy gets some recognition for his work though, I think (along with dashing looks) he has some acting chops that are just waiting to be used in a non fluffy way. He has this kinda quirkiness about him...or am i just a lone fan girl giving him too much credit?...mmm.

i finally caught up to ep 13...is it just me or does Megan Lai get really emotional (tear fest) whenever she has to give like a 'deep' speech? Oh and I'm dying for 'Daddy' to give his princess a good ol spanking, she's soooooooooo spoilt >.<
