Hehehe...yep it's set during the Qing Dynasty so the Emperor has one Empress and then has a bunch of concubines, whom each have their own children. Thus the princes follow, having several wives as well. infant life expectancy was low naturally back then, so they had to have a lot of kids to ensure an heir for the throne, not to forget all the political alliances. Last I recall, the 18th prince passed away :/
Technically it's not her sister either, she's from the future and she's been trapped in a 16yr old's body for the past few years while being stuck in another era. So when she falls for the 8th prince she doesn't consider it that way, all the princes already has a few wives and it's all normal for the age it's set in.

Lol i was wondering if someone would point that out...but i guess we'll have to wait for the next epi. Lol he's still stuck in his 90's, where everything was perfect. The guy's living in his own fantasy, when he was famous, he hasn't even realised the world's moved on without him.
So are you watching anything else lately?

Lol it's like working in a military kitchen with my mom.
Hehe it's pretty obvious, i've managed to develop a girl crush on Cecilia Liu. And I'm totally conflicted over the 4th and 8th prince. It's actually pretty good, it started off really light hearted, but now it's a little more serious. Given how she's technically dating her 'sister's' husband, but she still recalls the 4th prince's kiss...lol it's pretty complicated.

lol are you referring to that old 90's scarf/ribbon tied around his neck? it appears countrified, and his 'Seo Taiji' look, lol i think even he would be horrified by those Snape curtains.

at least her father in law sticks up for her. Yh that was pretty creepy of her, but at the same time, i think her finding it in the trash was supposed to be coincidental, since in a previous epi she was complaining about Yoon Hee not filling up the trash completely, so she wasn't supposed to exactly 'look through' it but rather 'accidentally' find. Although, I have to admit, it looked a more like she was going through the rubbish.
But what I found a little disturbing was the fact that I'm pretty sure you have to pee on that stick to find out if you're pregnant. so not only was everyone holding a pregnancy stick that had been in the trash but something she'd already peed on, which was... umm... gross to say the least.

Lol Beng duties, actually I did attempt a chicken curry the other day. It took me over half an hour to dissolve the onions, only because my mom didn't clarify the fact that the more water you add the longer it takes for onions to melt away, so there i was adding water.
Hehe yh i didn't realise how popular time travel was, this drama was made in 2011 so it's a little different compared to the current influx of time travel.
Lol 'violence is not the answer' Meh she'll come around as soon as he's confirmed and the date, hehe thanks for the effort :D
Oh, did you make any further progress with Queen InHyun?...I'm still debating that :S I started this other drama in the meantime, 'Startling by Each Step', it's another time travel but Cecilia Liu is so spunky and pretty. *girl crush* ^^,

lmao Bambi eyes, i'll leave that to last resort...i'm more of a 'i'm going to beat your ass if you don't come along' type. If I attempted the guilt trip I'd only be at the receiving end of a string of curses.
Besides it's LSG! he has like a magnetic power over her, i might not have to do much after the persistent repetition of his mere name.

Lol I find that couple kinda weird...ish. They're amusing in their own way but, they're a little dillusional. What with the advertising on the tooth floss and airport. I feel kind of bad for those two characters, 'cause I don't think either of them are realistic enough to realise their own potentials and the likelihood of the success of regaining Yoon Bin's celeb status.
I guess that's why I like this drama so much, it's more than just the regular rom-com.
Hehe it is good justification for being a d-addict.

Lol my friend has a friend who is kr, turns out she's not a fan of k-pop either, she tends to like older singers or j-pop. Lol I don't think I've met a lot of crazy fans, for one I don't take any sciency classes- i know stereotype but, once i walked into an mechanics lecture by mistake, i knew i was in the wrong place once i saw all the asian students. there's only like less than a handful of asians on my course, me included.
Hehe I guess that's sort of the same here as well. Pretty much needle in a hay stack, to find d-addicts or k-poppers. My friend started me off in our psych class and then we ended up becoming really close since there's so few of us addicts around. Lol mildly crazy huh...give it a while, once it becomes a habit, it's going to be hard to let go.

lol hopefully the Olympics means more international stuff coming and not just some sports enthusiasts...no offence to those who are but, i prefer pigging out in front of my laptop too much.
Lol i have a feeling she won't be able to hold herself back from this, she ditched the few k-pop concerts we had. But this is LSG, the girl' been fan-girling ever since K2H came out, then she watched another 2 of his dramas and decided to download all his albums and then teach herself one of the tracks from Gumiho on keyboard...her playing, surprisingly wasn't as bad as i expected lol. I think we're both going to have to definitely make this trip.
Do you have any k-poppers or asian d-addicts, where you live?

lmao...i couldn't hold my laughter at how he thought a confession was a death threat. He's just like his mom, he's dumb but he's simple, like when his dad asked him if he wanted money. The kid was like no thanks, too much money is burdensome. We need more people who think like that.
Oh and the couvade syndrome thing...had no idea it existed. k-dramas do teach me things after all ;)

I'll give it a second chance then...but I just started Bu Bu Jing, so it might have to wait a bit.
Guess what?! My friend just told me Lee Seung Gi is coming to Manchester! That's about an hour and a half away from where I live. He's coming for the torch relay!!...Now to convince my friend to come with, she freakin' adores him but she's a little wimpy when it comes to travelling.
