Qingtian is already going through a lot. So during that tarot scene, Qingtian offered to read what the future holds for Xu Wenshu and if his feelings for his brother will ever yield anything but the tarot answer wasn’t clear so he couldn’t tell.

After Qinglang entered the vehicle, if you watch that part carefully, he heard a bird call. Remember that whistle sound he heard right before their getaway in the mountains? That was the sound. Also, while he was on set filming in ep 6, he ran towards a place because he heard the sound of birds, so he naturally imagined Changyang walking towards him. The bird sound was also discussed right after their first kiss in ep 3.

It's been two months since the HotLove event where they saw each other but they didn't interact and now it's Changyang's birthday. So, he was tired of the cold war between them so he visited Qinglang and whistled a bird call and because they missed each other so much, things got heated and they ended up making out passionately. They were not angry with each other anymore and Qinglang didn't want to be the first person to reach out. It's why between the heated kissing, they apologized to each other. Also, it seems Changyang would be traveling abroad soon.
