I had high expectations, but sadly, they weren't met. I think this story had potential. But it didn't have a clear point, at the end, if just felt like a lot of things happening (at least the boy got his motivation back). - Didn't even understand if the girl went to the future or if it was her 50 yo self, and at the end, she gave up on acting which isn't really adressed, and makes the building of her story pointless because it was centered on acting and keep trying.
yess, you're right. I think the problem was the transition/pace, it was too rushed. I watched the movie last night and I enjoyed it tho, but maybe it won't be memorable for me either
hi! maybe I'm late but I'll spoil it for you if it's of any help :) the ending was a bit too happy/optimistic for all the drama that had been building up to that point, so it felt a bit forced and unrealistic, plus, the climax felt pointless because of that kind of rushed ending, it's even a bit confusing -at least for me- (I tried to be not so specific so you could watch the movie if you're interested) ;)
I feel a bit betrayed that the writers let him live after crying ugly tears at that park bench scene. like I'm…
same, I thought the happy ending scene would be a manga or dream at any minute, I still thought until the very end of the movie that it was some sort of happy parallel universe, an ending that didn't really happen
I was confused about the airport scene. Why did she have a wedding ring on? I thought that maybe she had married…
when she went to the other girl's house looking for him, that girl gave her the ring the male lead asked her to throw away (cause he'd be dying soon and wouldn't marry her)
loved watching them together again!! but I kind of expected a continuation of the series ending (something like wansen pov of the ending), but it was sort of a remake, nevertheless I still enjoyed it very much!
by the way, do you know where I can find "because I love you so" (1998), the same happened to me, I haven't been able to find it anywhere with eng sub, and in apple tv is blocked in my country :( (just asking in case you know hehe)
