in my opinion, the show does have a strong focus on the female lead, and i would argue that she fights more than he does ngl. we definitely see her abilities more than his

i think my comment is pretty clear lol - i said voice, not content.

grand tutor li has such a discomforting voice, i hate when he opens his mouth yikes

i'm so tired of that fuckass filter that is now slapped on to every actor'face these days. i want real skin, abolish the blurred filter now

i hope they change the poster ngl

finally decided to rewatch, and yep i'm still obsessed with them, ep1 hit like crack i love life

try "blossom"; it's the same director :)

Li Huai An is sooo fine, what a beautiful man ugh

ep28 and chang yu's goodbye letter cracked me up, she's so funny🤣🤣

the second couple wouldn't be so bad if the female lead's friend wasn't acting like a child... makes the age gap way more apparent than it already is... geez

i honestly love the gritty arc after ep15/16, the show got even better now

certainly not!

on ep20, and once again qi min needs to die

the first ~15 episodes have a slice of life village arc, which is important to establish affective ties between us, the viewer, and all these characters... i'm on ep16 and i think the more political parts of the drama are starting to become more prevalent, but i am excited because it's about to get JUICY!

i would definitely recommend the drama though :)

i've been watching this at a snail's pace (plus getting distracted with a different show), and idk WHY because i just watched ep16 and it was SO good !

not yet!

haven't met him yet, almost want to keep it at that but i'll continue ep12 haha

i already am, it'll only get worse from now on 💔 ( i have seen some of it on tiktok🤣👀)

i haven't even finished episode 12, but i need qi min to die, like right now

I’ll see what i do tomorrow, i might switch to iqiyi!
