my dearest is an excellent show, i loved it so so much!

to me, it's serving visuals (not just the actors, but also cinematography, colors, sets, styling) and a good ost! it's not the most groundbreaking drama out there (i admit, i'm happy it ends next week), but it's quite entertaining (though it has some slow/boring parts), but the leads are likable and have good chemistry! 😅 it's a cute show

i mean okay for the skirt but in a situation like that adrenaline kicks so you don't care about stuff like that😭😭although dude really just wants to off her like okayy??

i was speaking more generally because it always annoys me so much like use your legs pleaseee!!!

anyway, hoping for ep14 to drop soon - wasn't too fond of episode 13 :(

one thing that always annoys me when someone gets choked in shows is why they never use their fucking legs or feet. like kick your opponent! ram your heel into their foot! kick their balls! DO something like damn...

I finished O&O 2 days ago haha and I'm already on episode 6 in F&E, so there's that^^

they are such different shows haha...
1) Kunning Palace if you want a quicker watch but
2) Yanxi Palace if you want a long ride with a cunning female lead.
I'm on episode 15 in YP, but the story so far has been intricate and interesting. You get to see so many characters and yet you want to see their stories, it's not overwehlming at all.

I have watched 15 episodes so far, and not a single minute is wasted. So good, what a show🥹

i think she was heavily manipulated too. her father took advantage of her emotional state to get her to do things by lying to her. she's extremely flawed and made many nasty decisions and mistakes but esp towards the end her father just used her for the sake of the clan - or so he said. so yes, she was too loyal, but i think she was also taken advantage of

peacock princess is a nasty character but she's also a victim, her father did her so dirty
