they're also not opening up and hiding their guilts and true feelings, thoughts and emotions. how could they decide to go into marriage without these? .. and I don't know if namgung did, but did he even confront mido about her depression and suicidal? I don't remember their conversation.. but he shouldn't have suggested the one month imo after finding out that she might end it all.

if mido didn't cheat, I bet if they go into marriage with the problem they have and feelings towards each other, if they don't open up, theyd probably cheat on each other somehow into the future bc both are depressed and keeping it to themsleves.

from my perspective, if namgung didn't find out about mido's cheating ..and they proceed with marriage .. they will eventually fall more out of love .. and emotionally cheat and eventually fall for the second leads bc marriage life is different from gf bf I believe... I'm not justifyign mido's cheating but ig this is what the writer is portraying ... and mido's older brothers marriage maybe a foreshadowing of mido and namgungs future relationship ... yh just my assumption of their what ifs .. but their main problem I see is really their lack of communication (real serious talk) and hiding from each other.

You know what their biggest problem is? COMMUNICATION AND NOT OPENING UP!! that's what led to this (if not, into their marriage) I'm not excusing nor supporting cheating but this is their problem
they're not communicating properly ... they're not talking about their true feelings and emotions and thoughts, they're not speaking about what they hiding from each other bc they will be proceeding the problem they had before the cheating into their marriage... The cheating has to happen that's what the writer is portraying ... Bc maybe cheating is the only way for them to realise how much they need and want each other and somehow into the future they will open up. namgung and mido both need to have real talk and that's the main problem bc they hiding behind each other .... cheating this cheating that .. one way or another I believe they will end up cheating on each other into their marriage if they don't talk it out without the cheating before it, because they will be very depressed their whole marriage so the cheating was necessary... and it's better before marriage. If they want to forgive and be tgt then that's on them.
And I believe the spark with taesung didn't last that long. She literally said to him he used him so namgung can go with sua ... So by that it means she only said about sleeping with him so taesung can agree to be with her, after all he said she can play with his feelings. y'all calling her a lustful bitch when all she ever did with taesung was kisses. y'all are really exaggerating the hate on mido calling her a bitch and whore like she had actual sex with teasing even if they talked about it. after they decided to go on a one month date the others .. I hadn't seen any romance between mido and taesung, they didn't even look like they're dating, they've only got one dining as far as I can remember .. so what romance????

I think so too, someone mentioned that the cheating happened for a reason, so they can somehow talk about their true feelings and emotions (hasn't happened yet) bc if mido hadn't cheat... they probably might end up cheating on each other if they continue their problem before the cheating happened into their marriage. their main problem bigger than cheating is really the lack of communication. they hide their true emotions and feelings from each other. they're not opening up at all about what they're hiding from each other leading to where they are now.

just my perspective because I never been in a long term relationship before but if I were them I would sit down and have a serious long talk. talk about each other true thoughts and feelings, open up about guilts and hate, like are you only with me and continuing because of guilt? are you doing it because you feel you have to? do you still desire to marry me? do you still see a future of us?

they should've at least talk about the complexity of outcome after that month ... because there may be changes in their feelings ... bc remember namgung told mido to sort it out bc he still wants to marry her but what if mido and teasung really falls for each other and decides to be tgt and leave him? ... they both decided to do that but didnt talk further about the what ifs ...

I think the cheating was very necessary for these two to finally realize maybe they fell out of love and lost spark for each other ... otherwise they won't talk about it or lead to more problems when they marry...

also I do believe namgung was somewhat in a way got swayed with sua before the cheating .. but he probably doesn't realize it ... or trying to not let it happen bc he wants to stay loyal.

and if I were mido who cheated, I'd still try to fix everything first and then I'd sit down and have real conversation. id put my feelings aside and focus on his. ask him his true intention of this relationship and if he falls out of love and spark. like I mentioned the questions before they were valid. honestly if I were mido, I'd let him go. I wouldn't even agree to do the one month dating no matter how much he insist. i think they were better off taking a long break first .. if they decide to date others go ahead... that one month was not enough to get to know others .... one couple don't look like they desire it much and the other had potential but didn't push it...

and I feel like I'm having PTSD with the actor when watching his expression .. Everytime time sujeong ignores him .. it reminds me of his drama in as you stood by... I kept getting a feeling he will hit or abuse her ....
