and i do agree, there’s nothing wrong with using ai as a tool including expanding ppl’s creativty but using it fully is where i draw the line, ntm that it steals other (and real) ppl’s art : )
i’m going to try to explain my perspective as kindly as possible.
other than ai being bad for some obv reasons, compared to many kdrama intros that are made by real people with genuine creativity and thought, any ai intros can come across as sloppy or lazy. it’s an intro, it can create impression of the drama to many people like me. i think we’ve just gotten used to seeing great intros that are polished and full of unique ideas, that said the intro felt so soulless due to it being an ai generate one… it feels less personal.
i’m not hating on the drama at all, it’s just my personal take.
(also, there’s not just one type of animation, people still draw it in paper, it’s more about style preference… so i don’t really get what you mean by that…)
