i never comment negatively about a show i usually sugarcoat it a bit or provide a bit of a detailed explanation…
Same. Before this episode I was going to give this drama 7.5 but now I don't even think I will give it a 6 especially after seeing the next episode's preview. At this point I am more interested in Pai's story. At least he lets go after he is told to back off
Wow just Wow, it is maybe the first time in my life waiting for a friends to turn into a couple and their first…
I had to pause when I saw the kiss because I was so angry. I was rooting for that relationship and for what. The dialogue, terrible, the lack of screen time, horrible. Idk whether they thought the viewers would be more invested in Fah and Sherbet's story and wouldn't really care about Tap and Ping but those two lost us somewhere in episode 3.
Okay 👌, I wish we never have to see the main couple ever again in Friends with benefits
I wish to never see the main couple together ever again. I might still watch something the actor for Sher does because he's a good actor with a bad script. The actor for Fah is a bad actor with a bad script and he should reevaluate his life choices.
Episode 11 and nothing has been resolved for the main couple. The frustration continues to run throughout the episode. Sher no longer makes sense. Fah never made sense. They continue to make dumb decisions for dumb reasons. At some point in time (around episode 2) I started watching this because it was a stress relief to spend a few minutes every week screaming at my tv but now I'm only here because I remember my excitement from watching the trailer and thinking what a fresh and new concept. I wonder how they will tell this story. How naïve I was. I wish I hadn't held on to my hope this long. Hopefully next week would be the last time I hear about Fah and Sher. I do not want a special episode. I do not want these two actors to act together in a show again. I do not want the script writer anywhere near a pen again. I will definitely watch the last episode because I want to end this show and never think about these characters again and because I don't want to add it to my list of unfinished dramas. Such a disappointment.
At the beginning of the episode I was telling myself that since Fah and Sher have finally figured out their relationship I wonder what the last two episodes would be about. I was thinking maybe Ping and Tap would get together in episode 11 and everyone would just be happy in episode 12. How naïve I was 40 minutes ago. WHY!!! Are we never going to get past this. How have any of them maintained any form of relationships (family and friends included) without knowing the basics of communication. At this point I'm just watching it to end it. P.S. I find it hilarious that they are now putting in the product placement in the most recent episodes after most people have dropped the series. Shouldn't it have been in the first few episodes when people were still giving the series the benefit of the doubt?
Now that I've completed both the series and the novel I think I fit to criticize the whole "Love Sky" story. Storyline…
Yes. He's had nightmares that leave him shaken for years and in one night after almost going through the same thing again he gets better with love. How? What? Why? She has so many other characters with this same issue and no matter how many times people complain, it is not getting better.
It's kinda good one but honestly I'm kinda disappointed at revelation scene of Sky when he finally tell Pai what…
Say it louder for the people in the back. The friend who annoyed me the most was the one who told Gun he had seen Sky and collected the keys to the apartment from Praprai. Sky needs his justice, just like how Rain was able to kick his kidnapper, Sky should be given some form of closure or vengeance.
The actor who plays Gun is like.. hot hot (apart from his voice). But anyway - now that I have finished the series,…
The whole time I was watching Gun's scenes I kept thinking your voice doesn't match your face. Would it have been better if he had a deeper voice? We will never know.
I know people complain about Sky's story and let me just say that it abruptly ends with no real healing done.…
The actors did the best they could with the script they were given. Sometimes fans get pissed off if you change the storyline from what was in the novel. But I don't think anyone would have complained if Sky had gotten help or at least some form of resolution that didn't involve his hot boyfriend stepping in for him.
Poor baby Sky already needed therapy, but the most traumatic event in his life almost happened for a second time??…
PaiSky story could have rated higher. Because they really spent the whole series leaving clues about the trauma and paid it off by giving an in-depth experience of the trauma and its almost repeat in the last 2 episodes then nothing. No healing, nothing to help Sky in any way apart from the comforting arms of a boyfriend he may have built dependency on. I am also surprised Sky didn't have a psychotic break. I was pretty sure when Gun was spouting all that nonsense to Sky in Prapai's apartment that if Sky had been next to an open window he may have jumped. The story could have been so much better if Sky had had time to heal or something.
I want retribution on screen. Gun and his cronies deserve more than "P'Chai will take care of him". He did this to Sky when he was a high school student and essentially a child therefore he probably has more victims around the city just living in fear and with intense trauma. I would have even accepted bankruptcy and running from the law as well as Prapai beating him up. The beating was not enough they have to pay for what they did. Also Sky needs therapy. There is no way he can survive what he went through with just the knowledge that he has loved ones. That's why he practically stopped fighting when he thought Praprai had given Gun and his friends the opportunity to abuse him again. I watched the entire show because I was invested in how Sky and Praprai's story would be addressed and I'm sad about the conclusion. I'm happy they are happy together but so much more could have been done. Mame, please if you are going to mess up your characters like this at least make an effort to try and get them help by the end of the story. Love is not a magical band aid that fixes everything.
It was very cute and felt like an end to their storyline. Adachi really showed how much he had grown in this movie, he had so much more confidence in himself and it just made my heart so warm. The lack of physical intimacy in the movie was sad but it was very much in line with the series which also gave us the same amount. Would you rather have sacrificed such stellar performances and characters for other actors who may not have been able to perform at this caliber or worse no movie continuation at all?
This was soo good. I really loved UWMA so this is such a nice throwback to a couple we didn't get to see enough…
I am rewatching UWMA as I wait for the next episode. And how exactly are we in a bl drought right now. A lot of the recently aired shows are not living up to expectation
I honestly don't know why I keep coming back every week to this. I know what I'm going to watch is bad but I still…
Also I really did not appreciate how Fah was being violent while Sher was injured. He literally has a bandage on his leg. What would you have done if when you bumped him he fell and got even more hurt. Everyone should just accept that Sher and Prince have a special platonic relationship and let it go. Also I like that this episode Ping was not soo interested in Fah's relationship if only because he was thinking about his own crush on his bestfriend.
I honestly don't know why I keep coming back every week to this. I know what I'm going to watch is bad but I still watch it. WHY?? I spend like 35 minutes of the episode screaming at random characters. What even is the preview for next episode? Why even get into a pseudo relationship if you are going to sabotage it yourself, I'm just tired.
I just finished watching this and wow. It was worth the wait and not necessarily for the reason I thought it would be. The storyline was great as expected but I found myself caring more about the secondary couples than the main couple by the end of it all (did not expect that at all). I really liked Kinn and Porsche but by the end I was so focused on VegasPete and KimChay than on them. When I thought Vegas was dead I could not care about anything else that was going on on the screen and I was just waiting for the show to end so I could rant in the comment section. It wasn't until I saw with my two eyes that he wasn't dead that I could go back and enjoy the happy endings for the others. I honestly think its because we had the entire story of Kinn and Porsche from beginning to end but for the other couples we saw significantly less of their stories. But then again this series is KinnPorsche not VegasPete or KimChay so the writers did the best they could. Hopefully there will be a 2nd season where they explore the storylines of the others. Also am I the only one who wants to know more about Time and Tay (something is definitely going on there with the advice he gave Porsche a few episodes ago about cherishing his relationship especially in this business).
Are we never going to get past this. How have any of them maintained any form of relationships (family and friends included) without knowing the basics of communication. At this point I'm just watching it to end it.
