Indeed the motive her step-brother liking her was weird. I've watched "Die trying to make You Love me" with Yue Yang as step-brother and the plot was different - after he learned about her childhood hardship he begin to act like a real brother and that was sweet. On the other side the love story between ML and FL was much better here. They were really sweet together.
It's a pitty they didn't explain the reason for ML to transfer to another hospital and change departments from cardiac surgeon to dermathologist. Or I didn't catch up with the explanation 🤔😔

Wow, the plot is do different from other dramas, it's so fresh! And surprising to the end. Absolutely worth watching! Of course Wang Kai Mu is hot 🔥 as always and his acting skills top notch 😍
In this one a lot of subs are missing and some of them bring really different meaning than the oryginal text (I have translated a few lines of chinese subtitles online during watching this movie cause it was difficult to understand what the particular scene is about and the translation was sometimes much different from the provided subs or the subs where missing).
