i agree gao's redemption shouldn't have been executed but idk why maybe it was in the novel or something. also the intro song is expressing lixun's inner monologues he never says so its about him&zuyun not in a revenge angle. it's about how he can win the world if only zuyun's by his side.

yes, there is still source material left in the novel but i heard that the mother never accepted him.

There's nothing quiet like lighter&princess. i cherish the day i decided to try it out of curiosity and i've been spoiled for any other drama since then.

i'd recommend watch lighter&princess with patience to get past the first episode it's amazinggg.

watch someday or one day with cutting the cinematography some slack(cause it's taiwanese and they don't have korean kinda budget so ) its phenomenal better than kr remake.

watch run on like you are watching someone's every day ,how they wakeup, eat, sleep, do work , love and live.

this way you will be able to understand these dramas more, just wanted to convey this thing cause mostly people drop these shows .
