The filming started in April ended on December last year so episode 4 might've been perfectly filmed around May/ early June. Keeping this in mind I can conclude they had already filmed the STARBUCKS scene, so no issues BUT THEY SHOULD'VE CENSORED THE THING AMIDST THESE CIRCUMSTANCES.

It's some psychological condition idk they mentioned it in episode 27 that " huangyinzi's body chooses to forget unhappy moments because the body feels that it should protect huangyingzi. So the body chose to forget EVERY DAMN TIME!


Edit: Just came back after finishing episode 28 and damn, she needs therepy, she is basically traumatised and you are right jiangyi is creating the game for her to cure her illness
Cause if they took her for therepy she must know why she's going there، and that's what they can't tell her cause everytime they do She passes out and faints for legit hours.
