i think she was a bit justified to react in that way. She didn't know what had been happening behind the scenes and the fact that her mum and aunt acted so cold towards her especially after the death of her father. She became reliant on the memory of him as a source of warmth. Moreover, when she found out it took a bit of time to register in her mind so her first emotional defense would be anger and hate towards her aunt. Even if it was self defense they had kept it for such a huge while never planning on telling her and they never really talked with her or to her after the death of her dad and she was still a kid then. I feel like if not for eun seop and a bit of healing she experienced through that relationship she would have probably reacted a whole lot worse. I do understand where her actions came from but at the same time i felt like she should've thought about it a lot before reacting the way she did, it might have resulted better.

i was literally talking to my friends about how the media literally influences every single thing in our lives and this article just made it more real to me. i was weighing myself today and it was like in the 70s and I usually don't feel bad about my weight cause I haven't checked it in a while and I love my body but then I thought of what I saw on social media like a few days past on girls weighing over 50 and how that like a crime if you're like under 20 and I started to search if my weight was appropriate in certain standards of beauty I don't know if this makes sense but 'I imagined someone who isn't comfortable with their body yet looking at that post or posts like that and feeling the need to conform to that sick standard and it really made me angry how the media drives what we eat to what we think and a lot of people don't even know it. your article is beautiful by the way you write so well and I loved the gifs and also I'm going to be using this from now on 'If people find it hard to look at you then make them bow!'
