I understand your concern, I also hate toxic 2nd leads so much hahah! I haven't finished it yet but there are basically no women around him, the drama is mostly about investigating cases, the two leads kinda act like Sherlock and Watson. There is also not much romance going on in the first half. The 2nd ML actually helps the main couple get together bc the ML realizes he has feelings for her bc of his jealousy.I think it might be worth a try. :)

I think it would have been more satisfying to watch if she was like "just exhausted" from work and went to heal on her own accord. It's so frustrating bc she was literally forced to leave bc some witch ruined her career and stole her man. It feels like she has unfinished business left in Seoul, it's so frustrating. It's even worse bc everyone still thinks she's some kind of bully, like how do you even heal from that? 😥 And her family is also still affected from that mess 😭

I noticed that her character is also kinda inconsistent. She was first introduced as a smart and successful photographer with a strong mind and an aspiring career. Then we see her let a jealous assistant trample all over her and ruin her career while she did absolutely nothing to clear her name or prove that everyone was wrong about her. Like pls, where is your backbone? You worked so hard for this job, only to get it taken away by some toxic witch?
