honestly... i kinda want the girl to be the real Wad BUT so that San still chooses Vee, because even though he loved Wad a 100 years ago, now he loves Vee. like that would be perfect for me. they can do the ritual with Wad just to keep San alive and get themselves closure and then San + Vee and Third + the new Wad can live happily ever after, thanks <3
this is honestly really really good and with some mental gymnastics i am somehow able to avoid getting icked out by of fact that san is literally 100 years older than vee
as much as i love gem and fourth i am s t r u g g l i n g with this series. i want to like it but i nearly have to force mysel to finish an episode. honestly i'm pretty much just watching for mudmee, she's super cute and the star of the show for me
i see your point about the different paces but i don't think that's the issue for me. i usually love filler stuff and don't really need all that much plot if i'm vibing with the characters but right now it's just not hitting for me. idk, i'm not saying it's bad but maybe it just feels a bit overproduced for my taste or something
i've watched the original before and i liked it. i'm not that bothered about comparing the two since i feel like they're two completely different series, so that's not the issue for me at least. somehow the feels are just not coming through for me, i'm literally just so unmoved by everything and i don't really know why. mudmee's cute but that's about it
this series is so confusing because i love fourth and gem, i enjoy this genre, everything is perfectly fine on paper but i just feel absolutely nothing while watching
I feel that Day initiating the break up is him acknowledging Mhok's trauma, albeit to an extreme. This will help…
Okay, I see your point and you might be right. To me it just didn't seem like that, I felt that Day didn't consider Mhok's feelings and fears in that argument. I would just like to see more of Day taking care of Mhok too, in the ways that he can. Ofcourse Mhok hasn't really let him do that really, since he hasn't told Day how much his trauma still affects him but still. I hope this will eventually lead to them having a more equal relationship and leave the caretaker dynamic behind but I feel like handling the issue like this wasn't the healthiest thing to do
I'm so upset with the end of the episode, my heart breaks for Mhok. I feel like Day doesn't acknowledge that Mhok has his own trauma too and he might need Day sometimes as well. The fact that Mhok decided to stay rather than take the job was because he needed Day near him, because he was afraid due to his trauma and he couldn't face leaving. But Day can't see that Mhok might need him too and only thinks this means Mhok pities him and doesn't think he is able to take care of himself. Ah, I want to scream!!! Let Mhok be frail too sometimes!!
honestly this whole series was a just a bit fat WTF. do not go into this series looking for logic because you will find none! still, somehow i ended up liking sprite+first and jack+ mike so much that i tuned in every week, even with the risk of losing half of my braincells
this series is perfect in every way. the only reason it took me months to finish it was because i did not want it to end but i'm so glad that i finally did finish it, the ending did not dissapoint. perfect, 10/10, 5 stars, love it!
did charlie take babe's powers on purpose???? and he can't return then unless he dies???? and babe forgave him??????…
thanks everyone for clarifying! if he can return them then that's a bit better but still i don't really get why babe was so chill about it. sure he's madly in love but i would be pissed as fuck if my partner took away one of the things that makes me who i am without discussing it with me first, even if it was to protect me.
am i the only one who cares more about literally any of the side couples than the main couple? i love pavel in this role but i don't give two shits about babe and charlie's relationship. in all honestly charlie could walk out of the series and babe keep fucking around and winning races and i would be like 'oh okay'
i'm sorry but all i can think about is the bizarre editing with the whole band playing and naow (+the crowd) singing and the audio is an acoustic instrumental of o come all ye faithful XD
i really don't know anything about omegaverse stuff and i'm not sure i'll much like that aspect of the story but i did enjoy the first 2 episodes. it's a fun change, i don't think i've watched anything quite like this before. i really like all the charcters so far, except charlie who i just find super annoying. maybe it's because he's pretending and lying about who he is, who knows? i hope it's only that and he'll become more tolerable to me later lol i must say though that this role was truly made for pavel! it fits him perfectly and i just love him a lot. it's great to see him again on the screen, he's amazing! pavel and pon were the reason i started watching the series and i can't wait to see more of pon/jeff too!
and honestly the way they've styled q for this series has even my little ace heart quivering
