Same here! When I was looking for a drama to watch, L&R kept showing up in my recommendations. I checked out the trailer and thought the ML was handsome, but just okay, nothing that really stood out, hehe. I wasn’t into xianxia at the time, and I didn’t think the female lead seemed that great either, so I didnt watch it
It wasn’t until I saw the cover of MLC and mistook him for Li Hongyi. I thought he looked Li Hongyi fr Blood of youth but older (lol) when I first saw Li Xiangyi’s appearance, haha! Even then, I still thought his looks were just okay. But once I started watching, I totally fell for Li Lianhua,his expressions, his humor, everything. That’s when I realized his acting style was so different from other dramas I’d seen. I actually fell in love with his performance first, and before I knew it, I was fully invested and binge-watching all his dramas, hahahaha + his shows and guestings. He's soooo cute and effortlessly funny. He looks and act very different his drama roles vs casual CY. HAHAHAHA ❤️❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️🥰❤️🥰❤️

We all know our favorite man Cheng Yi is an incredibly talented actor who absolutely nails every role he takes on. But major kudos to the amazing directors and writers too for crafting such powerful, well-written characters that allow him to shine even brighter and truly showcase his talent. 💯❤️❤️❤️
Cheng Yi has a very special charm. He may not be as handsome as some other cdrama hearttrobs but he doesn’t need flashy looks to steal the spotlight. His presence, his acting, the way he portrays every characters, they’re magnetic. I’m obsessed. HAHAHAHAHA 😍🔥🤗🤗 love him so much 😝🤪🥰

at first im enjoying it. but i put this drama on hold in ep22 when they started amnesia arc. its starting to get slow for me, and fl starting to make me bored. idk. i still want to give it a chance though bec of wuxia and ml 🥲help. i will try my best to continue this 😅
I'm loving this. NO boring episodes so far. I love Yangzi's character. she may not be physically strong but at least she's not that typical damsel in distress type of FL. Also, main guys are very likeable. from Xuan that has sister complex (but still don't find it bothering), Jing that is very cute, Xiangliu my most fav man, and fenglong.
