I don’t completely understand your questions but maybe I can offer some clarification. The Japanese spirit (fox)…
No. I don't think so. Grandpa Park was said to be screaming for a 100 years so we can assume he was buried 100 years ago. The samurai mentioned reading Buddhist scriptures for 500 years that's why he knows what was written on their faces when they attempted to dug the iron stake.
The samurai possibly died during the sekigahara battle. Then he was buried somewhere which I assume is a Buddhist temple. He was then promised to be moved like he said in Namsan shrine but it never happened because his body was used as an iron stake by Gitsune as seen on the visions at the ending.
I hate the advice that Dr Cha's mother gave her. Staying in the marriage because her husband is the father of her children despite whatever the husband might have done is just BS. While I know that this happens in real life, I still do not agree in this kind of mindset. Her children will suffer in the end if this continuous. I just wish that despite what they are showing her husband is doing now, I hope she will still divorce him in the end. While he seems to be picking up and trying to redeem himself as a husband in small pieces, the fact that he is cheating and has been going on for years, and has a child out of wedlock still exists. If not for his daughter finding it out and Dr. Cha working in the same hospital, I doubt he will ever realize what he has done to his wife and family.
I hate the current trajectory of this show is going. They are making it look as if cheating is a joke. I hate how her kids literally wants to keep it a secret from here. I feel so bad for the FL when she finds out that the whole family tried to keep it from her. The only ending that I want for this show to have is for her to divorce her husband and get reprimanded both him and the mistress. While I am rooting for her to be with Roy Kim, I wouldn't mind if she will just be friends with him at the end.
To be honest, I am just here because of Kim Nam Gil. I haven't read the webtoon yet so I do not know how to take the story completely. EP 1 to EP 3 felt really boring to me. I was hoping for a plot build up because S1 only has 6 eps. EP 4 was better tho.
I do really like Cha Eun Woo's character here. The character suits him but the way they are portraying a Catholic Exorcist Priest for this series was just weird for me lol but then it is fantasy so I guess that's something that I should expect.
As for the FL, I kind of hate how loud she is lol but then she is not yet who she is supposed to be so my guess if by EP 6, that's when I should expect a complete turn of her character.
Also I am intrigued by how all of their fates are intertwined in the past!! I really should start reading the webtoon lmao.
Currently in episode 3 and I am liking the story and even the actors' acting. What I do not like is how we spend almost or more than 5 minutes of the show in doing recaps and intro just to prolong the episode minutes.
I am so glad that I got bored and decided to start this drama on Netflix even if it is not done yet. I am so in love with this drama! I usually don't like the come out of webtoon adaptations but this is one is just different. The casts and direction are chef kiss!! I can't even finish an ep without pausing it to calm myself because of the leads chemistry. I just want it to be Monday again.
I came here to check if Semantic airs every Tuesday and Wednesday but apparently I was wrong. Who leaks the episodes when it hasn't even aired yet? How can they do that? I am staying out of tiktok and twitter for today as spoilers kept on appearing on my feed since last night.
What it is it that makes you feel it's going too fast? Is it that you think the story progresses too fast to be…
It started during the scene where Ha Yeon was upset and crying then suddenly he kissed Yeon Seok. That was so sudden imo. It felt like I skipped a few scenes or an episode.
Then after, I just thought that maybe he remembers their past lives just like Yeon Seok but it doesn't seem like it from the preview.
I want to continue watching this drama but I can't help but drop it because I find it difficult to watch. I don't know if it's the acting, script, or the production itself 😩
Wow. This drama actually got me hooked. Although there are scenes that got me confused and made me felt that it was going TOO fast, I still liked it. I just wished there could be more episodes so they can explore the plot more and not make the viewers feel in a rush by how fast things go because it was really quick 🤣
Also, the secondhand embarrassment that Yeon Seok gives me is just lol. I sometimes have my hands in front of the screen because I just can't handle it 😂
