J-pop? hmmm... I don't know what songs you listen to, but first I recommend : D-Date - Day by Day, Joker, Love Heaven & Change my life... I don't know if you're gonna like them, but at least try listen to them. :) since your a guy, I think you should listen to a girl group, like AKB48, Morning Musume, E-Girls, Dream, Happiness, Flower, Azu, Thelama Aoyama, Utada Hikaru. :)
I really like E-Girls though. <3
C-pop : I don't remember actually the title of their songs... but I'll make a list, then I send them to you. so listen to J-pop first. :))
