I agree. He’s too good of an actor for a script like that. But probably he just wanted a light drama role since he has been doing some pretty serious roles recently.
I love Junho so much, in fact he’s one of my biases among 99+ others. But to be frank, this is just too fairytale-y. I don’t know, maybe it’s just not for me. It’s a shame since I have waited for this since their announcement. Not hating, but just saying my opinion about this.
I will still support whatever he is on, but I truly hope he gets a better script next time.
Can’t finish this. As much as I love Dilraba and Zhang Bin Bin, I just had to drop this. I don’t see any chemistry between the ML and FL. I also find it creepy that Yin Xue groomed Lie Ru Ge. I wish it was better written and with a different male lead.

Vin Zhang is just brillant! He gave everything in portraying his perplexed character. Definitely one for the books!
Watch it with no expectations and just immerse yourself with its glorious storytelling. If you loved Empress Ki, (one of the greatest Saeguks IMO) then you definitely shouldn’t miss this.
Shin Hye Sun’s acting is just flawless, and her styling throughout the series is on point. My love for Shin Hye Sun got me through until the last episode though it got pretty boring in the second half.
Honestly, I got more interested in the second couple.
Watched and finished this for my love Satoh Takeru. It has many flaws and I find the FL’s character silly but it’s still fun and entertaining. It certainly lifted my mood.
