I started genuinely loving the drama from Episode 8 onward. It's finally getting serious.
Yep... I was craving a proper revenge arc, and they're serving me exactly what I wanted. Every episode just keeps pulling me in.

Okay, I've got another target on my hit list, and he's my top priority now.
It's Qing Yi's adoptive father.
My blood was boiling after seeing what that poor child had to go through because of him. Every scene with that man made me even angrier.

Okay, the opening of Episode 9 gave me major Wednesday vibes. The violin playing while they were on the bridge made the whole scene feel so gothic.
The pacing and directing in Episode 9 were much better too. It feels like the drama has found its rhythm, so I'm hoping it only gets better from here.

My theory so far...
When SXH fell into the sea, I think she technically "died"—or at least came very close to death. We saw her on the Bridge to the Afterlife, and Gu's soul was already waiting there. The fact that Gu hadn't crossed the bridge tells me she chose to wait, hoping fate would give her another chance.

I don't think SXH was completely dead, though. She was on the verge of death, which is why she didn't seem fully conscious on the bridge. That's where Gu's soul merged with SXH's, and the "new" SXH was born when she returned to life.

And yes, Gu had been waiting on that bridge for three years—it didn't all happen on the same day. The Twin Moon phenomenon occurred when SXH fell into the sea, and according to the legend, that's the one day when the gates of the afterlife open, allowing souls to return to the mortal world.

So my theory is that the Twin Moon created the perfect opportunity for Gu's waiting soul to merge with SXH's body, giving them both a second chance.

I hope it stays at 8.5 and goes up by the time the final episode airs.

Well, I'm actually really enjoying the drama, so I'm not complaining. This was just one of my silly observations.
I even criticized Overdo, so don't feel bad about this one.

I'm a gardener, so my attention immediately went to the Queen of the Night flower because the camera kept focusing on its leaves. I couldn't help but notice they didn't look right, and my curiosity got the better of me.

Okay, this is probably my most absurd observation ever... But since when did the Queen of the Night flower have leaves that look like tea leaves?
I literally scratched my head, walked into my garden, and checked my own plant just to make sure I wasn't imagining things. 😂 Turns out... I wasn't wrong.

Well, I rarely sleep in the evening because I just don't like it. So my parents were like, 'It's the first time you've actually fallen asleep in the evening, so we didn't want to bother you by waking you up.'
And honestly... I think this might be my first Christopher Nolan movie that I'll actually understand on the first watch. 😂 I didn't fully understand Interstellar or Oppenheimer in one go—I had to watch explanations afterward. So I'm hoping The Odyssey ends up being the first Nolan film where I'm not sitting there wondering, 'Wait... what just happened?'

Well, it's been raining here. After some evening chai—which I almost never drink—I actually had a cup today because the weather was so nice. It was raining so much that I even had to wear a jacket.
After that... I have absolutely no idea what happened. I completely blacked out and woke up to my whole family saying, 'We've already had dinner. Yours is the only one left.'
They didn't even wake me up!
