GTG was hard to follow, and many scenes felt rushed. The director didn't bring out the best from the actors. It was a mess from the start until episode 3, and again after episode 10, so I dropped it. I might try watching it again in the future if I'm in the right headspace.

Nah, the first half is comedy, but the second half gets dark, or should I say, darker than any color. Zhang San's diary traumatized me.
