That movie is the reason why Fluke is one of my favourite actors. Btw it was written and director by the same woman who directed 609, which is why I expected more from 609.

After watching the complete series incl. the two endings I have two wishes: 1. I want to see Fluke - one of my favourite BL actors - in a series with a script that makes sense, and with a different partner so that his talent isn't being wasted again as Ohm's "baby boy". 2. I want to see Potae and Plustor in a series of their own.

This series is such a nonsense, such wonderful trash, that I feel embarrassed that I love this show. But Newyear and Jur are just adorable, and there are so many funny scenes - intentional or not, I don't care if they make me laugh.

So it's over, and all of a sudden I notice I'm already missing them.

I liked the last two episodes, but that was just too late for me to like the series as a whole. So the enjoyable ending made it even more obvious what had been missing in the first 6 episodes.

Great cast, good cinematography, stories with a lot of potential - good start.

This is a unique couple, and I love them so much. There is nothing toxic in their relationship - they are two lonely souls who have found their missing halves to make them happy. Tastes are different, but for me the first season was one one the best series of 2021, and the first episode of season 2 looks like this is going to be one of the best 2023 series.

The time travel think made me doubt I would like the series before it started, but it turned out to be a great one, with good writing that represents many colours of the rainbow, and with actors who display the best of their skills.

And I thought it couldn't get any worse. Sigh. What I don't understand: 609 was written by the same people who wrote "The Eclipse" which feels like a masterpiece in comparison, and the director wrote and directed Fluke's great movie "Red Wine in the Dark Night", which is the reason why I love Fluke as an actor so much, and she should have noticed what rubbish the 609 script was.

It's really sad to see the talent of a great actor like Fluke being wasted as Ohm's "baby boy". And no, 11.2 doesn't seem to have anything to do with what happened in previous episodes. I haven't seen 11.1 yet, so maybe the mystery is solved there?

I'm already missing them, but fortunately we can rewatch the series, we can watch Tar in the "Pee Nak" movies, and Tar and Ohm/Yellowskrt in their MVs. And if we're lucky, we'll get a season 2 or a different project with this amazing cast.

There are several other subbers who approached him, e.g. Rahab75 for Hungarian subs, so I don't think that would change anything. But you never know if you don't try. Btw he never replied to my emails, but he did reply to a facebook message once, but that wasn't about subbing but about donating (I contributed a small amount to the funding of Country Boy 2, but didn't want to be listed as a "producer").

I offered Nicchi to make German subs for various Wayufilm movies several times (for free, of course), but he never agreed.

The plot does have a lot of holes, but, honestly, I don't care. Those glimpses of Perth and Chimon alone make it worth watching, and PondPhuwin have developed a beautiful chemistry, too - looks like GMMTV have hired a kissing coach.

Because first of all this is my usual attitude towards new series - if you don't expect much, you can't be disappointed. And then I think that the quality of Japanese BL series hasn't been as good as it used to be. I did love Eien no konou and Minato Coin Laundry, but imo that's about it for 2022.

I didn't expect much from this, but now I'm surprised how good it is. The writing of the first episode was great, showing the ML's backstory, which looked natural as it included - besides the awkward moments - what young men at that age dream of and do - sex. The acting was on point, and Nakata is just hot.

Boy is the most handsome love doctor of all times.

I'm suffering from a serious "second couple syndrome" now. I like Plustor and Potae, and I'm happy that Game and Vee's love story is simple enough not to make my head ache like the multiversal Mum/Dew storyline.

We know that we're watching a good comedy when we suddenly find ourselves taking it as seriously as we are taking this, like when that lonely dance breaks our hearts.
